Frontier Bargaining Report #82

Sisters & Brothers,

The Union was able to pass a counter on healthcare and wages today for the company to consider. The chairs of the committees had a discussion regarding a training program that we feel is being taken very seriously and the company is getting other departments involved before they bring us back a counter.

Due to the holiday time off next week, we may not have anything to report on as some have vacation time scheduled since last year's selection time and have travel plans and it would not be fair to cancel it for their family to bargain while we are still apart on some heavy issues.  Remember, the extension ends on December 9, so there is still time to get an agreement even with this small break in bargaining.

We need more pictures of the contractor's shoddy work and safety violations occurring.
