Frontier Bargaining Report #77
11/07/2022
Brothers and Sisters,
After a one week recess from the table, the Union revisited the latest company Healthcare and Wage counter proposals. The Bargaining Committee made some adjustments that we felt are doable by the company and is still in line with meeting the needs of the membership. Those counter proposals were then passed to the company in joint session.
The company said they would review the counters and are also reviewing and contacting the training department and others concerning our training opportunity to succeed MOA to create a path for our members to get educated and prepared for higher paying positions within the Bargaining Unit.
We remain hopeful that an agreement can be reached by the new extension expiration date of December 9, 2022.
In Unity,
Your Bargaining Committee
