Frontier Bargaining Report #73

10/25/2022

Brothers and Sisters,

Your committee is still working hard on this round of bargaining.  It’s very intense trying to offset the retrogressive proposals from the company.  Progress is being made but critical items remain unresolved.  Contracting out, Wages and Healthcare remain a top priority.  We continue to strive for advancements in Work At Home program and reduction of contractor usage.  The Union and the company agreed to put a sub-committee together to address ways to get qualified for higher paying titles.  Both chairs have agreed to have dialogue regarding FiOSsm Jobs of the Future MOA (which the Union believes is moot.)

As promised, we submitted your questions you sent in concerning the Mary Pat Rodriquez and Greg Stephens emails.  Generally speaking, they appear to remain unanswered.
