Frontier Bargaining Report #70
10/20/2022
Fellow Sisters and Brothers,
We met the company today and they passed another proposal on healthcare with little movement on their side. The company’s proposals up to this point show nothing but blatant corporate greed versus the best interest of its employees.
We are still waiting on the company to respond to the RFI with the questions you submitted and once we receive them we will get them out to you.
The company sent out their invitation to “People Pulse”. Don’t forget to answer those questions and be specific to let them know that contractors are not the way of the future. That well trained and dedicated frontline employees are Frontiers path to a profitable future.
We still need your help to get us to the finish line. Continue to get on Yammer and ask Nick the important questions and how he plans to “value frontiers best and greatest assets” because the company is not showing that at the bargaining table.
