Frontier Bargaining Report #57
9/30/2022
Brothers and Sisters,
After another day of bargaining the company, once again, showed what little respect they have for you, the employees, the backbone of this company. The company passed a revised wage proposal, a revised Work at Home Proposal, and a revised Call Center Operations Commitment Proposal. The Union is committed to review the revisions and will respond accordingly.
We are still holding on benefits (healthcare premiums, annual deductibles and out of pocket maximums) because we cannot, in good faith; attempt to present a proposal until negotiations between BCBS and UTSW and THR are resolved. Please check with your providers to see if they will be considered In-Network or Out-of-Network. Get on Yammer and tell Nick to find a different healthcare administrator that does not have contract issues with Network Providers.
Continue to work to the rule…
