Brothers and Sisters,

We met with the company today.  The company passed counter proposals that showed good faith movement closer to the Union’s proposals on Premium Pay, Board and Lodging and Business Attire.

We are still very ………. far ………. apart ………. on several other proposals but with your continued support through mobilization activities we hope to make progress in an effort to achieve a contract aligning with the needs of the membership.

The company provided very vague responses to our healthcare information request stating proprietary information is why they cannot provide specific details.  We are also still waiting for data on split shifts, 4x10s and Saturday scheduling.

Have you reached out to anyone, your manager, director, senior vice president or even the CEO, to ask them what the holdup is at the bargaining table?  They still have not joined the table or even acknowledged the Union’s invite to the table from August 29th.  Think about it …
