Sisters and Brothers,

Today was spent waiting once again for the company to provide answers to our questions regarding the BCBS debacle that has you and your family's health in limbo as we do not fully understand how this could have happened without any notification? Needless to say, we will not counter anything until our questions are answered. The company stated they will not have the answers for us today.

We continued to look at our open proposals and ways to possibly counter or package some to get to an agreement. We apologize for the delay but it is a necessary delay.

Continue to hold the company accountable for the contracting of work, the retrogressive proposals they have passed, and just the lack of respect they show you.
