Frontier Bargaining Report #44

Sisters and Brothers,

Wednesday was spent developing counters and reviewing answers provided by the company. There appears to be light at the end of the tunnel after 9 weeks of bargaining.

The other day the Union chair said "I would" address Greg Stephens' email, but then decided not to as HE has not been to the table once! HE has not passed one proposal! HE has not written one bargaining report since we began negotiations on July 11, 2022! HE has not indicated how he wants a contract for you! HE has not been accurate in how the Labor Day Weekend negotiations went! It was the UNION that wanted to work on it, and it was the UNION that passed the proposals, information requests and withdrew UNION proposals in hopes of moving closer to an agreement during the weekend. The company did agree on September 3rd and 4th to 3 UNION proposals. Just think about getting your information from the people at the table during negotiations, or get it from someone getting the information from someone and then regurgitating it in an email to you the next week after the week he said he would start doing it....THINK ABOUT IT....
