The Committee and the company met on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday the Union passed a counter proposal on Healthcare. The company sent several counter proposals which are being reviewed and assessed.
On Sunday the company provided a revised counter proposal regarding Healthcare that your committee is reviewing. We are still awaiting answers to five information requests.

Below you will find the millions of dollars in fines assessed across the country on Frontier for misrepresentation of internet speeds, reckless fiber optic work by contractors and violations of noncompliance with pole attachment and safety rules. Over $75 million dollars in fines and settlements. Just imagine how far a fraction of that could go towards your wages and benefits? Think about it…
