Frontier Bargaining Report #39

9/08/22

Your Bargaining Committee met jointly with the company and countered their health care proposal and held on to our proposal over the costs of the monthly contribution. We had a lengthy conversation going over our numbers on the proposal and requested information on Frontier health care costs in Texas. Our bargaining chair made it clear that we expect the company to quit hoarding profits for the executive board and start sharing them with the frontline workers that make the company profitable.

In the afternoon, your bargaining committee crafted several counter proposals and voted on the way we will present them. When the company was asked if they were going to have something for the Union this afternoon, they stated no. We have our strategy in place for meeting with the company tomorrow.

Stay united, continue to work to rule, do your safety inspections and let Nick know on Yammer you deserve a fair contract.

In Lasting Unity,
Your CWA Bargaining Committee
