Frontier Bargaining Report #38

9/07/22

Sisters and Brothers,

The Union and company meet today in a joint session. The company passed packaged proposals of minimal significance that were contingent upon proposal withdrawals from the Union that were proposed to better the lives of the members.

The company rejected adding a holiday in support of our men and women that have and continue to defend our country.  While this committee thanks you for your service, that is not the sentiment we experienced at the table today from a company that through your courageous actions in serving our country and defending a democracy that allows them the ability to legally write off $12B in debt.  Think about it….

The company continues to show this committee that they are not interested in a work/life balance or the best interest of their employees. They continue to show that their only loyalty is to the hedge funds and the shareholders.  We will review the company’s proposals and remain committed to bargaining in good faith.  Stay UNITED and work to the rule.

Get on Yammer and tell Nick that the company needs to recognize the Veteran’s National Holiday.
