Frontier Bargaining Report #37

Sisters and Brothers,

Your Bargaining Committee assessed with a fine tooth comb, the changes the company has proposed to the Adoption Assistance summary plan description (SPD). We are currently reviewing this with great focus due to it not aligning with what was discussed at the table or matching the MOA. We will be speaking with them tomorrow about this.  

The Union has counters to pass the company tomorrow. They stated they will have some for us as well. Over the weekend the Union passed information requests and is awaiting the answers for them. 

Your committee went back through our open proposals and prioritized them in hopes of trying to get the table moving forward. 

We did not meet with the company today but have plans on meeting full committee tomorrow.
