Frontier Bargaining Report #33
9/01/22
Sisters and Brothers,
Your committee met jointly with the company where they accepted a couple of proposals the Union passed weeks ago. Yesterday the company countered two proposals and was questioned today why their counter language conflicts with other current and/or proposed language already in the contract. We stated the language must be consistent. The company quickly agreed and said they were not married to their proposed language. All in all, it was one of the most productive days we have gotten from the company.
We are sure you could have guessed that Frontier CEO Nick Jeffrey, has not accepted our cordial invitation to join the negotiating table to help get that fair contract that he stated that he wants you to have!
As a mobilization for tomorrow, this committee would like for you to get on YAMMER, Nick’s favorite way to communicate with the employees, and ask Nick to join the table this Labor Day Weekend as we intend to meet with the company throughout the weekend in an effort to get the contract that YOUR LABOR deserves.
In Unity,
The Bargaining Committee
