Frontier Bargaining Report #24
8/19/22
Sisters & Brothers,
Your bargaining committee met with the company and their Anthem subject matter expert regarding their Group Medical proposal.
The company also fulfilled a few more of our requests for information.
CEO Nick Jeffery and Chairman John Stratton outlined a strategy that will grow Frontier into a growing profitable fiber business by 2025. Frontier continues to boast about its penetration in the market, but the only thing getting penetrated is the employees but fails to use Union workers and instead brings in contractors from out of state.
Frontier’s management needs to recognize the sacrifices, hard work and dedication of our membership. Please remain vigilant and report to your local any changes the company attempts to make during bargaining.
As mobilization escalates, get involved and make your voice heard.
Wear red on Thursday and stay on top of mobilization.
