Sisters and Brothers,

Today your bargaining committee worked the majority of the day on questions for the subject matter expert on the company's proposed healthcare increases. We continue brainstorming on mobilization tools to address the company's failures in replying to the Union's request for information, as well as their disregard and lackluster attempts at countering our Union Proposals. 

Throughout the day we have made many of our own attempts to post on the company's Facebook page, and they were taken down almost immediately. 

Please check with your Unit Director daily concerning our mobilization efforts. Remember YOU are the Union and mobilization efforts work with everyone's participation. Your support is critical to all of our success.  Thank you for the mobilization ideas that have been submitted, keep them coming.
 
Just a reminder there will be no bargaining in the field by your Union Bargaining Committee. Continue checking the bargaining page on the Local's website, cwa6171.org and the CWA Local 6171 Facebook page.
