Frontier Bargaining Report #20
8/15/22
Sisters and Brothers,
With the company continuing to drag their feet in replying to our multiple requests for information, which has resulted in these negotiations taking far longer than necessary, your Committee met once again with the company and had a heated discussion at the table about the company’s continued failure to respond to our requests for information. This Committee passed additional proposals in an attempt to reach a fair and equitable contract.
The surveys stated that work at home was a huge priority. The Company proposal is restrictive, intrusive and unacceptable in its current form. The only way to change this and to move the needle is with your participation in mobilization activities that the Committee continues to put out.
We remain steadfast in our efforts to get a fair contract for all. We are depending on YOU, THE MEMBERSHIP, to utilize the mobilizing tools put forth!!
Be sure to wear RED on Thursday, even if you work from home, you never know who is watching.
Don’t wait for others to do something when you can do it yourself.
We are asking Technicians to text their managers and Call Center employees to email their managers asking “What’s the holdup with negotiations; it’s starting to get frustrating.” P.S. Don’t forget to bcc: cwa6171mobilization@gmail.com
