Frontier Bargaining Report #18

8/11/22

Today the committee went over what outstanding information the company has not provided. When we met with the company the Union emphatically stated that the stalemate at the table rests solely on the company. The Union also agreed to multiple MOAs and HELD FIRM on the ones that are not in the best interest of the membership. Tomorrow we will have a meeting regarding safety issues with Floyd Williams and the rest of the committee.

Your committee also worked on a list of mobilization activities to send out to the membership to show the company we are united.

Remember, these are benefits that we have to fight the company tooth and nail for.  The company would love nothing more than to strip us down to what non-bargaining employees get.  This is a prime example of what FRONTEARS thinks of their employees.  We are the nuts and bolts of this company.  It’s very important to stress to your fellow members to keep informed and participate in mobilizing efforts.

This fight is all of ours.  The Bargaining Committee is only as strong as its members.

In Unity,
Your CWA Bargaining Committee
