Sisters and Brothers,

The committee has submitted four proposals for review by the District's attorney and leadership. If given the green light on them we would move closer to an agreement to put out for a vote. The extension expires this Friday, March 10, 2023.

As you may have seen by now, Alan Gardner sent you an email giving you an update on the activity at the table last week. You would be correct if you said he was not there once. What Alan did not say, is the company rejected the Union's ISP proposal to increase the amount you would get if you chose to take an offer of leaving the company under an ISP. He also did not say that the company told us if we got something, not in other contracts, everyone would start asking for it. So the company was asked why do they not bargain a national contract if that is their thinking. No answer was given. You cannot possibly be bargaining in GOOD FAITH if you will only give what others have achieved.
