Sisters and Brothers,

We continued to review the RFI over telematics and have a counter proposal to present to the company the next time we meet in full session. The company presented a slide deck with the way they will collect the data, the intent of the telematics and what items they will be measuring, and how often they will coach the employee before considering any discipline. When the Union presented our proposal incorporating more than 95% of the company's slide deck, they have crawfished on it and do not want to use their own language to support their use of this device. The two concerns they had stated at the table are being addressed with our counter.
