Brothers and Sisters,

Your committee received and reviewed a counter to the Telematics/GPS proposal we submitted to the company last week. We also spent the day working on an extensive side-by-side comparison to the company's GWI, as it appears Alan Gardner who has not been to the table once since we started negotiations in July despite having been invited several times, has once again sent out an email last week trying to convince you that 9% is all you deserve and consistent with California. We will finalize and provide the side-by-side comparison in tomorrow's report.  

We plan to meet with the company tomorrow to address the company proposals and will keep you updated.
