Frontier Bargaining Report #123

Sisters and Brothers,

While more progress at the table was made today with a TA of a Union proposal, we still have some outstanding items we will not get to an agreement on by midnight. Wages, FiOS Jobs of the Future, Retiree Healthcare and Work At Home are the biggest obstacles remaining. This week has probably been the most productive to date but the elephants are still in the room. With that being said, we have extended the agreement until March 10, 2023, at 11:59 PM. 

We remain committed to getting the best agreement we can with this company, and we have taken an unwavering stand on several items. We are confident that we should be able to get to a full agreement by the 10th for the membership to vote on. We ask that you stand united and keep asking your boss why won't the company do the right thing with bargaining.
