Brothers and Sisters, 

Your Committee met with the company this morning to pass an Amended Proposal on Wages and to clear 2 other items that were stalled on the table. We were met with heavy resistance and they tried to convince us how 11.5% (California's raise) is actually equal to 9% being offered in Texas in Frontier's mentality (yes.. it confused us as well). The company called shortly after our first meeting to schedule an additional meeting this afternoon so they could show us a spreadsheet confirming their previous statements. They were still unable to clearly explain their Frontier math. This committee has pulled factual data from actual contracts and created our own chart with real math that shows exactly what yearly wage increases were for both California and the Midwest.

This is most definitely not a dead topic and we will be re-addressing it very soon!

This is a perfect opportunity for this membership to rally and have a little exercise in Mobilization.
