Frontier Bargaining Report #118

Brothers and Sisters,

After several months of intense discussion and numerous changes to proposals, we have finally reached a verbal agreement on a healthcare package. There is a good probability there will be another agreement on a Union proposal we believe will help those with banked vacation. 

We have spent the rest of the day combing through all the outstanding MOAs.

We have NO intention of laying down with our fight to eliminate the "Fios Jobs of the Future" MOA.  We plan to offer alternatives to the company to come to an agreement on how we can proceed until the arbitrator rules on the arbitration scheduled in June over that MOA. We hope to hear a reasonable response from the company next week. Until then we will remain vigilant and steadfast.
