Frontier Bargaining Report #111

1/30/2023

Sisters and Brothers,

Your committee met today after a cooling-off period from bargaining. We reviewed where we are with outstanding items and a couple of additional items that we have identified since we last met with the company.

We continue to search for ways to find some common ground between the two sides' positions on critical items. Last week the company reached out to the Union in regards to a GPS-type device that they call Telematics and that they would be installing them starting in February to all vehicles (including management) across the footprint. While the company had a few answers to the questions we had right there, we have decided to address this in the form of a bargaining proposal due to it being a unilateral change and a mandatory subject of bargaining. We are developing a proposal to pass on to the company tomorrow. We are working diligently to get an agreement that will be acceptable to the membership's needs as well as position us to not only contribute to the success of Frontier for the next 3 years but also reap the rewards of that success.

Remember to:

**Work to Rule

**Work Safely

**Tell your Supervisor that you Deserve a Good Contract!

**Wear Red on Thursday!

**Our work is Not Done!

In Solidarity,
Your Bargaining Committee
