Brothers and Sisters, 

Your committee did not meet with the company today due to us having to dissect, decipher, review and compare their proposals vs ours. We are attempting to finalize counter language for review from our legal team before we pass it to the company. We want our members that will work at home to be treated as fairly as if they were working in the center itself. There should not be two sets of rules for working in two different locations. We are working on trying to package some of the outstanding proposals so that we can have an agreement before the extension expires on Friday, January 13, 2023.
