Frontier Bargaining Report #100

You read that correctly... This is our 100th bargaining report and although we wish we could tell you this was the last one ... it isn't!  But the good news is, we are continuing to move closer to an agreement. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. The chairs on both committees spoke today regarding wages and training opportunities.  Your committee has been working on a pending proposal package to pass to the company and currently have a retiree healthcare counter ready for review by the district and our attorney. Once we get the OK we will pass it on to the company. 

If you are not aware, District 9 (California) ratified their contract recently after almost two years without one. You can go to the CWA District 9 website and read about their agreement. 

We can't say it enough that your mobilization efforts will make a difference.
