Frontier Bargaining Report #10
8/02/22
Sisters and Brothers,
Your bargaining committee is working hard to assess and understand the company's proposals, despite their slow responses to our requests for information. We continue working on our Union proposals and counter-proposals despite the company's effort to attack your benefits, which our predecessors have worked hard to achieve. We are closer than when we started but still not where we need to be to reach an agreement by 11:59 PM on August 6, 2022. We remain steadfast in trying to achieve a no-layoff and permanent work-at-home agreements among other important items. California is in mediation with the company and has been working a year and a half without a new contract. District 4 voted down their tentative agreement last week. The Enterprise (CBA 55) and Supply (CBA113) have tentatively agreed to be incorporated into CBA 48 subject to ratification.
You have a committee with a shared vision of bringing our members a fair and equitable contract.
In YOUnity,
Your Bargaining Committee
