Frontier Bargaining Report #1

The Company and Union met Monday, May 7, 2018 to initiate bargaining for the contracts that expire August 4, 2018.  Opening remarks were delivered by Mike Kruger for Frontier and Tony Shaffer along with Sylvia Ramos for CWA.  The Union passed 5 proposals concerning wages and integration of the Supply and Buried Service Groups into the Core contract.   The Company had no proposals at the initial meeting.

As we move forward, your Bargining Committee is committed to achieving a fair and equitable agreement that meets the needs of the membership.  Your support for mobilization actions are critical for the success of these negotiations.
