DISH Bargaining Report

Your Union Bargaining Committee met with DISH yesterday to resume bargaining for a 1st contract.  The Company passed three proposals over seniority, grievance procedure and dues deduction.

The Union spent the afternoon asking questions and requesting information over the proposals.  It is extremely important that you understand we are bargaining for EVERY title in the Bargaining Unit.

The Union will be evaluating the Company proposals and coming up with counters to them to present to the Company during our next round of scheduled negotiations.
