DirecTV Bargaining Report #3

The CWA Negotiating Committee and the Company bargaining committee met Tuesday morning with the Company offering their first proposal.   The Company proposal was a complete package and the Union Bargaining Committee continued to study it through the night. 

 The Company’s proposal included combining two job titles, the establishment of a term of employment, and an effective date for wage treatment.  In addition, the Company presented a summary of the Health Care package they are going to present to the Union. 

Your CWA Committee will continue to work on Wednesday on a response to the Company’s package proposal.  

Tell your Supervisors that you deserve a just and fair settlement that meets you and your family’s needs.
