CWA/CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS - HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TENTATIVE AGREEMENT - Bargaining Report #3

After lengthy formal bargaining sessions, the Communications Workers of America and Consolidated Communications have reached a Tentative Agreement. Listed below are some of the highlights of the agreement:

• Improved language for the Common Interest Forum

• Improved Job Vacancy

• Improved Grievance and Arbitration Language

• Improved Work Schedules Differential for Non-Consecutive

• Improved Overtime/Premium Pay

• Improved On-Call Language

• Improved Night Differential

• Improved Overtime Scheduling

• Improve Compensation Article

• New Annual Performance Bonus

• Improved Health and Safety Article

• New language for Training Differential

• Improved Language for Meetings

• Sunday Premium Pay

• Improved Seniority Language

• Responsible Union Company Relationship

• Improved Leave of Absence – Bereavement

• Participative Management Employee Involvement

• Improved Employment Classifications

• Improved Lay-Off Language

• Protected Grandfather Clause for Protected employees
