After reviewing the Company counter proposal of January 30, 2023, the Union presented the Company with a counter proposal on February 1, 2023.

On February 13, 2023, the Company presented a counter proposal to the Union. The bargaining committee and I reviewed the Company’s proposal and we presented the Company with a counter proposal yesterday. The Company presented a counter proposal yesterday afternoon. The committee and I are currently reviewing the counter proposal. We will provide updates as they become available. Although, we have seen some movement from the Company, the Union feels we need to continue to negotiate for a fair contract that the members can ratify.
