The Union and Company met Monday, December 5, in an attempt to reach a tentative agreement. The Company presented the Union with CP24, Enhanced Premise Technician job title. The Union is reviewing CP24. The Company rejected the Union Wage Counter proposal. No agreements have been reached.

As a reminder, please be advised on September 29, 2022, we sent brightspeed a Request For Information.  On November 2, 2022, we received a partial response to our request. This RFI was sent to the Company prior to setting dates for Effects Bargaining. There are still numerous unanswered questions regarding practices, policies and procedures with the recent transition to brightspeed.

We will provide updates as new information because available.
