CWA/AT&T Advertising Solutions Bargaining Report #6

Please be advised the Union and the Company have reached an agreement on the Retirement Incentive Offer (RIO).

Under the agreement employees who are covered by Attachment 1, and who have not signed the RIO documents, will be granted an extension until 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday, April 30, 2012 to sign the RIO documents.

For employees covered by Attachment 2 who have not signed, they will have an extension until 12noon Central Standard Time on Thursday, May 3, 2012 to sign the RIO documents should they choose to do so.

Details of the agreement will follow as soon as possible.
