CWA Local 6218/Consolidated Communications Bargaining Report #2 Katy, TX
Today CWA District 6 & Local 6218 met virtually with Consolidated Communications. We were able to reach a couple of tentative agreements on a couple of housekeeping issues to update information in the contract.
The Union spent a lot of time asking questions in relation to the Company’s initial proposals, as well as requested additional information we will need before making any kind of decisions.
The Company did not agree to any of our initial proposals, but did have some questions that were addressed during this session.
Our next scheduled virtual session will be Monday, March 13th at 9am.
Remember the Contract expires at midnight on March 31, 2023.
