CWA Local 6218/Consolidated Communications Bargaining Report #14

The Union and Company continued negotiations in person on 10-12-22.

The day started with the Union passing a counter comprehensive proposal to the Company addressing several open items including wages and healthcare. By the afternoon, the Company passed a counter with some improvements on their original healthcare proposal. This was a positive in getting some movement to where we need to be.

The Union is evaluating the Company’s proposal and plans to work on possibly countering it tomorrow.

Our next bargaining session is Thursday, October 13th in person.

Remember the Contract expires next Saturday, October 15th at midnight!
