CWA Local 6218/Consolidated Communications Bargaining Report #1

Yesterday, August 23, 2022, CWA District 6 & Local 6218 met in person with Consolidated Communications to kick off the 2022 bargaining of a new collective bargaining agreement. The Union and the Company passed their initial proposals. This morning your Union Bargaining team will begin researching and reviewing the Company’s proposals. Both sides are scheduled to meet again this afternoon, Wednesday, August 24.

Remember the Contract expires at midnight on October 15, 2022.
