CWA Local 6174/CenturyLink of Texas Bargaining Report #4

The Union and the Company met again today virtually. We tentatively agreed to several proposals, many were changing the name in the contract to Lumen and correcting dates to reflect the new 2025 contract.

We did pass a proposal to improve pay for existing Tech titles, however the Company rejected the proposal and was not interested in improving existing per hour pay on specific Tech titles.

We did receive the Company’s final tentative agreement offer this afternoon which does include a wage increase for all three years for all titles. We spent the rest of the afternoon reviewing the offer and will meet with the Company again tomorrow.

Remember the Contract expires tomorrow at midnight!
