The Union and the Company met again today virtually.
We were able to tentatively agree to several proposals today. A couple highlights are additional paid holidays for all employees, and we were able to keep the attendance MOA in the CBA that would allow a floating holiday to be used in place of a fifth occurrence once per year.
We will be meeting again tomorrow virtually with only a few open issues left, which do include wage increases, and work in a higher job title.
Tomorrow is Thursday, so WEAR RED in support of your Union and the Bargaining team.
Remember the Contract expires at midnight on September 30, 2022.
