CWA DISTRICT 6/YP HOLDINGS BARGAINING REPORT #13

The Union and Company met today, December 9, 2016, up to the expiration at midnight and unfortunately, we do not have an agreement. We discussed all of the Company proposals and Union proposals. The Company is pushing for consistency across all CWA Districts. We have shown the Company where their total sales restructure, sales compensation plans and title changes will have a negative impact on our members in District 6. We are still waiting on additional information from the Company pertaining to compensation and results from other areas. We are scheduled to meet again on Monday, December 12, 2016.

The Company has extended our existing contract until Tuesday, December 14, 2016, at 5:00 pm.
