Consolidated Communications Bargaining Report #4
Negotiations continued between CWA and Consolidated Communications on several issues, which include cable locator, contractors, telephone concession, termination pay, and other non-economic issues. Progress has been slow, but we are encouraged that we are moving forward. We have also begun discussing a couple of economic issues, Pension and Health Care. The Committee will take a few days to review the counter proposals on economic issues presented by the Company. The meeting was recessed at 4:00 pm and will resume bargaining on October 5, 6, and 7.
Wear RED on Thursday.
