Consolidated (Lufkin/Conroe) Bargaining Report #19

Your CWA Bargaining Committee has thoroughly reviewed the Company’s latest proposal.  While there were a couple minor changes, the overall package was inadequate.  In addition, relative to some of the Company’s proposed changes, they have yet to convey or explain how the changes would be implemented.  As a result, the Union had no alternative but to prepare and send the Company another information request as well as request additional dates to meet.  This is to advise that the parties will return to the bargaining table on Monday and Tuesday, February 27 and 28, 2017.

The patience of the membership throughout these negotiations is appreciated.  Additional updates will be forthcoming as developments warrant.
