Consolidated Communications of Texas Company Bargaining Report #9

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Texas (Lufkin/Conroe) continued negotiations Friday, October 11, 2019. Your Bargaining Committee made it clear to the Company that we needed to reach a Tentative Agreement by October 15, 2019. Our members need a much deserved substantial wage increase and a healthcare benefit that has no premium increases. Discussions on all proposals continued as we asked multiple questions to find answers regarding the intent for wanting the change.

The Committees recessed for the day and agreed to return to the table on Monday, October 14, 2019. Your CWA Bargaining Committee is working hard to get a Tentative Agreement by October 15, 2019.
