Consolidated Communications of Texas Company Bargaining Report #8

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Texas (Lufkin/Conroe) continued negotiations Thursday, October 10, 2019. Your Bargaining Committee continued our tough discussions and expressed to the Company that we do not want any regressions on our contract.

Many questions were asked and information was requested regarding Company proposals and counter proposals that were on the table. We wanted to improve our contract and needed a substantial wage increase. We want a FAIR contract for our members.

The Committees recessed for the evening after a long day. Your Bargaining Committee will continue discussions when we go back to the table on Friday, October 11, 2019.
