Consolidated Communications of Texas Company Bargaining Report #7

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Texas (Lufkin/Conroe) continued negotiations Wednesday, October 9, 2019. Your Bargaining Committee continued discussions with the Company on all Union and Company proposals and counter proposals on the table.

We emphasized to the Company that we did not want any regression to our current CBA, we wanted to improve it and needed a substantial wage increase. We are working extremely hard and many hours to reach a fair contract for our members.

The Committees recessed for the evening after a long day of meeting with the Company. Your Bargaining Committee will continue discussions when we go back to the table on Thursday, October 10, 2019.
