Consolidated Communications of Texas Company Bargaining Report #21

The Union and the Company met today, September 11, 2020, to discuss open items on the table. Wages and Ratification Bonus continue to be very important issues that your bargaining committee is trying to improve. Contract Labor is still an issue that we need to resolve.

After negotiations throughout the whole day, we are glad to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with maintaining affordable healthcare, improvements in wages and a ratification bonus. Additional improvements were in the working leader and maintained life insurance for current employees. Contract explanation meetings will be held the week of September 14, 2020.

Your Bargaining Committee recommends ratification of this fair and improved agreement.
