Consolidated Communications of Fort Bend Company (Katy, Texas Operations) Bargaining Report #1

The Union and Consolidated Communications of Fort Bend Company (Katy, Texas Operations) continued negotiations Tuesday, March 24 and Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Your Bargaining Committee continued to work out conditions regarding a HealthCare plan that would not have a huge increase in the employees’ part of their premium share.

At the same time, the wage increase counter proposals from the Company have not been acceptable.  We have continued to make progress in these two areas and hope that we can resolve these issues soon.

Your Bargaining Committee recessed for the day late Wednesday and will reconvene Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 8:30am.
