CenturyLink of MO Bargaining Report #10

The Union and Company returned to the bargaining table today at 1:00 pm to continue bargaining after the last package offer was rejected by the membership.  

The bargaining committee reiterated the concerns raised by the membership during the explanation meetings. The Union presented the Company with new proposals on Contracting, Safety Footwear, Short Term Disability, 401k Matching, Wages, and Team Performance Award. The Company decided to take the rest of the day to review the proposals and we are scheduled to reconvene tomorrow at 9:00 am.
