CenturyLink of Missouri Contract Ratification - Update

 

The following is a breakdown of how the wage package will be paid: April 17, 2015 Check: •3/13/14 to 12/20/14 – a lump sum has been calculated for this retro period based on 40 hours a week (1.25% increase). •12/21/14 thru 12/31/9999 – 1.25% increase will be loaded into SAP so that all adjustments can be made.   Rates will be loaded with an effective date of 12/21/14 and an end date of 12/31/9999. •In addition, all employees will also be getting a $600 lump sum except for the Customer Care Specialists. (2014 Lump Sum) •Overtime – The Bargaining Committee was advised that retro-activity on overtime wages was not negotiated between the T&T Office and CenturyLink. The standard that has been used in the past when bargaining with CenturyLink is that “Full Retro-Activity” includes your basic 40 hours per week from expiration of the previous contract.  May 1, 2015 Check:   •Employees are also entitled to another base rate increase effective 3/15/15 but that increase and retro will not be paid until the 5/1/15 check. (1.50% increase) 2015 Lump Sum: •Employees will receive a $600 lump sum in January of 2016 except for the Customer Care Specialists. (2015 Lump Sum) Contract Books: •The Bargaining Committee will begin reviewing the new agreement for accuracy once we receive the final version. Once the agreement is approved by the bargaining committee it will be sent out for printing. •The Bargaining Committee will post updates through the review process to ensure the membership is kept informed.  In Unity,   Your Bargaining Committee
