CenturyLink of Missouri Bargaining Report #7

The Union Bargaining Committee met with the Company today. The Committee presented proposals on the Memorandums of Agreement on the Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association (VEBA) and the Common Interest Forum (CIF). We also presented amended proposals on Article 7 – Holidays and on the Retail Sales Associate. The Committee tentatively agreed to an enhanced termination allowance on Article 31 – Force Adjustment. The two Committees had a long discussion on the Health Care Plan.

The two Committees recessed. The Union spent the afternoon and evening studying the remaining Company proposals.
